| An Information Evening will be held on
Monday 8 September 2008 at Comberton Village College
from 7.00 to 9.00pm (no tutors present). All welcome! |

| Many courses run for 10 weeks per term
and start on the week dates below, but please check the details
given in individual course information. |
Autumn term: 22 September 2008 (half-term: 27 to 31 October).
Spring term: 12 January 2009 (half-term: 16 to 20 February).
Summer term: 20 April 2009 (half-term: 25 to 29 May) - no classes
on 4 May 2009. |

| Reserve your provisional place(s) by using
the individual 'Reserve Place' e-mail facility given against
each course. Places are allocated on a 'first come first served'
basis. Please book early for popular courses to avoid disappointment.
Provisional places lapse if confirming payment not received
by Community Education within five working days. |

using credit/debit cards carry an additional administration
fee of £1.00) |
In person: At the Community Education Office (located
in the main reception area of Comberton Village College) during
opening hours. Payment can be by cheque or credit/debit card.

it to the Community Education Office, Comberton Village College,

confirmation of your enrolment, please enclose an SAE or give

will have been accepted and you should attend your chosen course

All areas of the college site are generally
wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the first floor
Modern Foreign Languages corridor and the first floor Gallery
area in the Performance Hall. If this might present a problem,

| The official bit: |
| (1) Classes may be closed (in which
case a proportionate refund may be made), the length curtailed,
or fees varied if they have insufficient enrolments and are
not financially viable. Where classes are cancelled due to tutor's
unavailability, extra sessions will be added at the end. No
refunds will be given. |
| (2) Fees are not refunded except in
very exceptional circumstances to ensure the viability of the
course. An administration fee of £5.00 will be levied
in the case of a refund being agreed. |
| (3) Students are reminded that all fees
are due upon enrolment. Students who have to be pursued for
payment of overdue fees by letter or otherwise may be further
surcharged for the additional administrative costs. |
| (4) The College offers the facility
to pay for courses in instalments, please enquire. All fee quoted
include exam/assessment fees (if appropriate to the course). |
| (5) Students participating in physical
activity classes should satisfy themselves that they are capable
of undertaking the activity, and if any doubt consult their
doctor beforehand. |
| (6) Personal accident insurance for
students engaged in class or club activities is not provided.
Students wishing to have such cover should consult an Insurance
Broker. |
| (7) The College is insured against Public
Liability, however, students are reminded that insurance is
not provided against theft or accidental damage of their property.
Students should arrange their own cover if they are concerned
about this. |
| (8) Students will be held liable for
any damage they may cause to the College or to County Council
property. Cars and any personal property are left on the premises
entirely at owner's risk. |
| (9) Students paying by Debit/Credit
card will be charged £1.00 per transaction to cover costs. |
| (10) Some accredited courses are run
via a franchise agreement with Cambridge Regional College. Students
are issued with a Student Charter which outlines the terms and
conditions associated with this agreement. |
| (11) All details in the Prospectus are
correct at the time of publication but changes to course details
may be altered from time to time and we apologise for any inconvenience
this may cause. |
