| An Information
Evening will be held on Monday 10 September 2007 at Comberton
Village College from 7.00 to 10.00pm (no tutors).

| Term Dates |
(Most courses run for
10 weeks per term and start on the dates below, but please check
the details given in individual course information.)
Autumn
term: 17 September 2007 (half-term: 22 to 26 October).
Spring
term: 7 January 2008 (half-term: 11 to 15 February).
Summer
term: 14 April 2008 (half-term: 26 to 30 May) - no classes on
the 5 May 2007. |
| How to Enrol |
(Please note that payments
by credit/debit card carry an additional fee of £1.00.)
In person:
At the Community Education Office (located in the main reception
area of Comberton Village College) during opening hours. Payment
can be by cheque or credit/debit card.
By post:
Complete a registration/booking form (at the back of the 2007-2008
Prospectus) and send it to the Community Education office at
the above address. Payment can be by cheque or credit/debit
card.

Phone 01223 264721 and have details of your credit/debit card
to hand. Please be patient during busy periods. |
| Accreditation |
|
Courses marked with an *asterisk lead to accreditation and are
offered in conjunction with Cambridge Regional College. Most
forms of accreditation on offer involve the presentation of
coursework rather than exams. Students not wishing to seek accreditation
are welcome to join these courses but will be charged an additional
£50.00 per term. |
| Disability and Support Needs |
| We welcome disabled people and those with
support needs, learning difficulties and medical conditions
such as wheelchair users, people with mental health difficulties,
epilepsy, dyslexia, d/deaf and partially sighted. Please ask
for further information about the range of support we can offer. |
| Concessionary Fees |
Accredited Provision: Tuition is free to the following groups:
16-19 year olds, unemployed people in receipt of job seekers
allowance, those in receipt of income based benefits (council
tax benefits, housing benefit, income support), unwaged dependents
of above, those taking programmes where the learning aim is
basic skills, asylum seekers in receipt of the equivalent of
income-based benefits.
Non-Accredited Provision: 25% discount to anyone receiving an
income based benefit. |
