Two courses this year:

Mondays, from 7.30 to 9.30pm (8 weeks).
Expand your repertoire or, for confident beginners, covers a
variety of delicious supper dishes.

PTLLS Certificate [New Course Details]
Starts 8 April 2008.
Alternate Tuesdays, from 9.30am to 3.30pm (six sessions).
An initial teaching qualification for those who work with adults.

Term Details]
Starts 16 April 2008.
Wednesdays, from 7.30 to 9.30pm (5 weeks).
Learn to make and take home delicious traditional Indian food
